We are working hard planning a great event so we can’t always get to emails and calls as quickly as we would like. Here is the fastest way to get your questions answered
Do I need to buy my tickets online?
YES! Tickets can only be purchased online.
Are Tickets Refundable?
MainGate has added a refundable option that costs 10% of the order total. If your tickets are $24.99, you can choose a refundable option at checkout for an additional $2.49. Otherwise your tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Do I Need To Print My Tickets?
No. You do not have to print your tickets. You can show the ticket right from your device however, you can bring a printed ticket if you'd like.
I can't Find My Tickets. What Do I Do?
You can go to and log in using the email and password you created at checkout. From there you can resend the ticket email to the same email address on file or to a different one.
What If I Am Running Late For My Scheduled Time Slot?
Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. Please arrive as close as possible to the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past your entry time. We cannot guarantee late entry beyond 15 minutes for the last scheduled entry time each event day.
Are The Rides and Activities Included In My Ticket?
There are several activities and attractions that are included in your admission. Children will be able to interact with walking dinosaurs, meet and greet the babies, Craft Station all as part of their admission. There are some PAID PREMIUM Activities as well. Tickets to participate in these activities are sold onsite only at the event ticket booth near the children’s activities. These themed rides may include, but not limited to, bounce house inflatables, face painting and airbrushing, interactive photo opportunities, Dinosaur Scooters, Walking Dinosaur Rides, Stationary rides that give the opportunity to climb on a dinosaur to experience what it would be like to ride on one, and T-Rex ATV’s that children can ride along on a track circling a T-Rex. Participation in any ride or attraction is done at your own risk.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
You are able to change the date or time of your ticket if you do so in advance. Just log into using the email and password you created at checkout and you'll see the option for Add/Change Tickets.
How will I get my tickets?
You will get your tickets via email after a successful transaction. You can either print it our just show it from your phone or mobile device. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If it is not there, you can log into using the email and password you created at checkout. Your tickets will be there.
I purchased a Dino Surprise Pack. How will I receive it?
Surprise Packs will be handed out at the event when you scan your ticket.
Do You Sell Custom T-Shirts on Site?
No we don't because we always sell out of sizes and colors. We partnered with Jurassic Studio to sell T-Shirts for our customers. From there you can choose your child's favorite dinosaur shirt from over 50 unique designs.
For the Drive Thru Event, Can we ride in the bed of a pickup truck?
Guests are not allowed to ride in the bed of pickup trucks, due to insurance policies of the property owners.
How long will the drive-thru take to complete?
The Drive Thru Exhibit lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to more than an hour depending how many cars are there at any given time. All vehicles will follow the same one-way route.
Will the Drive Thru event be canceled due to rain?
No. Our show is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date and time.
Are pets allowed in the Drive Thru Event?
Absolutely! Please keep them in the vehicle at all times.
